This training will address the components of successful behavior plans. It will include discussion about why students typically exhibit behavioral difficulties and how to address these difficulties. The presentation will include the following topics: collaboration, antecedents and consequences, possible motivators, the process of developing a successful behavior plan, how to successfully implement the plan, and when changes are necessary. The overall purpose of the training is to discuss the many reasons why behavior plans do and/or do not work.
