Consistent with its historical commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, Vermont-NEA will be a leader in assisting its members in the achievement of exceptional and sustained professional development. The Association will create and advocate for professional programs that are results-driven and aligned with the Five Standards for Vermont Educators and Vermont's Framework of Standards and Learning. This link to high standards is vital to improving student achievement and building a culture in every school devoted to educator quality.
